Smile Avenue is built around one simple idea: patients should be able to understand their next step before they arrive at the clinic. Whether someone is looking for a dentist in Umm Suqeim, exploring a smile makeover, or considering a SOLAÉ aesthetic treatment, the online experience should make it easier to find the right care, ask the right questions and book with confidence.
Over the last months, Smile Avenue has developed its digital clinic experience together with CONSAI Agency. The work brought Smile Avenue Dental Clinic and SOLAÉ Aesthetics into one clearer, more connected online journey while keeping the two care paths distinct for patients.
One clinic, two specialist care journeys
Smile Avenue brings dental care and aesthetics together under one roof in Umm Suqeim 3, Dubai. Online, that needed to feel as clear as it does in the clinic. Dental patients should be able to reach treatments such as dental implants, root canal treatment, orthodontics, veneers and smile makeovers without having to search through unrelated aesthetic content. At the same time, visitors exploring SOLAÉ should be able to discover consultations, skin analysis and aesthetic treatments in a focused setting.
The updated website therefore separates Dental Treatments and SOLAÉ Aesthetic Treatments from the first interaction, while still showing the value of a single trusted clinic. This is not simply a design decision. It helps people find relevant information faster and reach the right booking route with less uncertainty.
A clearer route from search to consultation
For a healthcare website, a beautiful page is not enough. The information needs to be useful at the moment a person is making a decision. The Smile Avenue experience was structured around the questions patients commonly have:
- Which treatment may be relevant to my concern?
- Who will assess or provide the treatment?
- What happens during a consultation?
- How can I contact the clinic quickly?
- Where is the clinic located in Dubai?
Service pages now guide visitors from an introduction to practical treatment information, consultation-led planning and clear calls to book, call or start a WhatsApp conversation. This supports a more considered experience than sending visitors to a generic contact page with no context.
For example, a visitor reading about cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers can continue directly to an appointment request. Someone researching SkinPen microneedling can move from treatment information to a SOLAÉ consultation route without being sent through a dental-only form.
Designed around real patient decisions
The redesign focused on calm, legible information rather than visual noise. It uses original clinic and treatment media where available, keeps key actions visible, and gives patients a consistent way to call, message, book or find directions from every important page.
Trust signals are also presented where they help a visitor make a decision: verified Google patient reviews, clinic location, clinician profiles, treatment information and direct access to appointment support. Reviews are shown as part of the wider patient experience, not as a substitute for a clinical consultation.
The booking journey was also separated into clearer dental and SOLAÉ paths. A patient seeking restorative, implant or orthodontic care has different needs from someone booking a facial, skin consultation or regenerative aesthetic treatment. Making that distinction early helps the clinic receive better-prepared enquiries and helps patients reach the right team sooner.
Built for Dubai, English and Arabic audiences
Dubai is multilingual, mobile-first and highly local in the way patients search for care. The Smile Avenue website now supports English and Arabic journeys, with right-to-left presentation for Arabic visitors and dedicated language routes rather than a visual translation layer. Brand names Smile Avenue and SOLAÉ remain consistent across both languages.
Local information is kept visible and consistent: Smile Avenue Dental & Aesthetic Clinic, Villa 97, Street 17C Al Wasl Road, Umm Suqeim 3, Dubai, UAE. Clear location details, contact routes and Google Maps access make it easier for a patient to plan a visit, particularly when searching from a phone.
Technical foundations that support findability
Behind the public design, the clinic website has been strengthened with a more structured technical foundation. This includes improved page architecture, canonical URL handling, redirect work for older website paths, treatment-focused internal links, XML sitemaps, structured clinic and service information, responsive media handling and a clearer separation between the primary domain and legacy domains.
These improvements do not promise instant rankings. Search engines and AI systems need time to recrawl, understand and evaluate a website. What a clinic can control is the quality and consistency of its information: clear services, real clinician profiles, accurate location data, useful FAQs, original media and genuinely helpful articles.
The ongoing content programme supports that work with practical guides such as what to expect from root canal treatment in Dubai and implant planning in Umm Suqeim. Each article is intended to answer a patient question and point to the relevant care pathway, rather than publish content solely for search engines.
Care continues after launch
A clinic website should stay current. Treatment information, clinician profiles, reviews, contact routes, security updates, accessibility and performance all require ongoing attention. Smile Avenue continues to develop its digital experience as part of its wider commitment to clear, thoughtful patient care.
